NATCO Pharma Limited has increased its investment in US-based biotechnology company eGenesis, Inc. to US$ 16.70 million, up from the previously announced US$ 14 million.
The investment will be routed through the company's wholly owned subsidiaries, with a revised lineup of participating entities. Detailed updates regarding the revised investment structure and the specific subsidiaries involved have been submitted in a formal regulatory filing under the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
Earlier, in 2024, NATCO had invested US$8 million in eGenesis through NATCO Pharma (Canada) Inc. Upon completion of the proposed investment, NATCO's total investment in eGenesis will increase to US$24.70 million.

The outcomes have been exceptionally positive.
