Redcliffe Labs, also known as Redcliffe Life Diagnostics a unit of Redcliffe Lifetech in the U.S. and India, aims to build a 100-lab network, 5000 collection centres and 5000 phlebotomists field team for digital business and to serve 50000 homes every day. To achieve this objective, it plans to add over 1000 new employees over the next 6 months across various positions, including entry, mid and senior-level.

This new hiring will be focused across major metro cities including Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai along with tier 2 towns such as Raipur, Dehradun, Kanpur among a few.

Currently, it has over 1200 employees serving in 30 cities and processing one lakh tests daily

Commenting on building a strong team, Dheeraj Jain, Founder, Redcliffe Labs said, “We envision becoming the one-stop diagnostic company that provides the entire portfolio of tests under one roof and that too at affordable costs. Having raised a round of institutional funding and backing of all major technology providers with advanced automated systems, we are in the process of aggressive expansion, we are currently providing 3500+ tests and serving about a million Indians. Our aim is to reach 500M+ Indians within the next 5 years and deliver at the grass root level. To make this a reality, we intend to hire talented and enthusiastic professionals across profiles and locations in our team. The positions are open across profiles such as senior leadership, technology, marketing, sales, customer support, operations and phlebotomists. The company is on a hiring spree to support the ongoing advancement of its wide network of labs and collection centres.
