New Gurugram centre is India's first clinical Prevention Centre with 2 state of the art MRI machines and a capacity of 2000 scans a month

CENT, India's most advanced clinical prevention company and a pioneer in applying advanced imaging and AI to early detection at scale, today announced the opening of its Delhi-NCR centre in Gurugram.

Following Bengaluru and Mumbai, the new centre marks another step in CENT's mission to build dedicated infrastructure for early detection across India.

Located in Gurugram, the centre brings together a first of its kind advanced imaging, blood biomarkers, AI-powered analysis, and doctor consultations into a single experience designed to identify serious disease before symptoms appear.

Every visit includes whole-body MRI, ultra-low-dose cardiac CT, DEXA, ECG and more than 100 blood and biomarker tests, synthesized into an integrated risk report and followed by a one-on-one doctor consultation.

The experience is completed in approximately two hours. Unlike conventional health check packages that rely on fragmented diagnostics, CENT follows a standardized protocol focused on cardiac, cancer, neurological and metabolic risks.

At the core of CENT's approach is the belief that no single test can provide a complete picture of health. Advanced imaging, blood biomarkers, AI models and physician interpretation work together to create a unified view of risk, helping detect conditions earlier and enabling more informed decisions.

The approach reflects a broader shift underway globally as advances in imaging, computational biology and artificial intelligence redefine what preventive healthcare can look like.

Since commencing operations earlier this year, CENT has completed more than 5,000 scans across India.

Analysis of these scans shows that nearly 30% of asymptomatic individuals had clinically significant findings & 5% of them had critical findings across neuro, cancer, cardiac and metabolic conditions. In many cases, identifying these risks before symptoms emerge creates an opportunity for earlier intervention, potentially improving both healthspan and long-term outcomes.

The company has also seen strong consumer demand, with more than 20,000 people currently on waitlists across cities as it continues to expand its physical footprint across the country.

Anshul Khandelwal, Co-Founder & CBO, CENT, said, “It is exciting to see deep prevention begin to attract serious attention globally. Advances in imaging, AI and computational biology are creating entirely new possibilities around understanding the body with far greater depth and continuity than ever before. Healthcare today remains incredibly fragmented, with signals scattered across scans, blood reports and clinical records.”

Shashank ND, Founder & Board Chair, CENT said, “The response over the last few months has exceeded our expectations. More than 20,000 people are now on our waitlists across cities and we are working hard to expand while preserving the clinical rigor and experience that matter most. More importantly, what this demand signals is a growing shift in how Indians think about health."
