Investment will support LifeSigns’ global expansion across Southeast Asia and GCC markets
HealthQuad, the growth venture arm of Quadria Group, has announced an investment in LifeSigns, an AI-powered remote patient monitoring platform focused on predictive healthcare and continuous patient monitoring.
The investment reflects HealthQuad’s focus on supporting next-generation healthcare models that shift the industry from episodic and reactive care to continuous, data-driven clinical intelligence.
The company said growing pressure on healthcare systems, workforce shortages, and rising treatment costs are increasing the need for technologies that enable early detection and timely intervention.
LifeSigns uses artificial intelligence to continuously monitor patients and identify early signs of clinical deterioration, enabling faster decision-making by healthcare providers. The platform has expanded its presence across tier-2 cities in India through a scalable and occupancy-based pricing model designed to improve access to quality healthcare beyond metro regions.
As LifeSigns’ first institutional investor, HealthQuad plans to support the company’s international expansion into Southeast Asia and GCC markets while also strengthening its AI-led technology stack through selective integrations and strategic partnerships within Quadria’s healthcare ecosystem.
Rahul Agarwal, Partner, HealthQuad, said “Healthcare today is built on periodic observation while risk is real time. The future lies in continuous monitoring led predictive intelligence. LifeSigns is building that layer to detect deterioration early and enable timely intervention which can significantly improve outcomes and reduce healthcare costs at scale. With access to Quadria’s ecosystem, we are well positioned to help Hari and LifeSigns team to scale across global markets.”
Hari Subramaniam, Founder and CEO, LifeSigns, added “No patient should deteriorate silently because systems are not designed to continuously monitor them. That belief built LifeSigns. Our platform has demonstrated both clinical impact and scalability in India. With HealthQuad and Quadria, we now have the strategic depth to take this model global and make predictive care the standard.”
