PharmEasy has launched an online physiotherapy service aimed at making expert-led pain management and rehabilitation more accessible from home.

The new service combines AI-supported physiotherapy with expert consultations to help users identify the root causes of pain and follow personalised recovery plans without visiting a clinic. The company said the offering is designed for people with mobility limitations, busy schedules, chronic pain, injury recovery needs, or posture-related concerns.

The online physiotherapy platform addresses more than 250 conditions, including knee, neck, back, and shoulder pain, post-operative rehabilitation, maternity recovery, and chronic musculoskeletal issues.

According to PharmEasy, the service is supported by over 60 certified physiotherapists with an average experience of more than 11 years across clinical and high-performance care settings. The platform also includes AI-powered posture and movement tracking, recovery plan updates after every five sessions, and 24x7 care manager support.

PharmEasy said online consultations for the service start at Rs. 99, with 100% cashback offered on the first consultation.
