Collaboration to deploy Philips’ IntelliBridge Enterprise platform across Bajaj Integrated Health System network, enabling seamless patient data flow and integrated care delivery.

Philips, a global leader in health technology, has entered into a strategic collaboration with Bajaj Integrated Health System (BIHS), the healthcare venture of the Bajaj Group, to develop a digitally connected healthcare network across India.

The partnership aims to improve patient outcomes, enhance care quality, and expand access to healthcare services through seamless integration of patient data across multiple care settings.

Under the collaboration, Philips and BIHS will establish a robust digital infrastructure that connects clinics, hospitals, ambulatory centres, and home-based care services. The first BIHS healthcare network is expected to become operational in 2026, with plans for expansion into major cities across the country.

At the core of the initiative is Philips’ IntelliBridge Enterprise (IBE), a healthcare data integration platform designed to connect medical devices and hospital information systems.

The platform consolidates patient information into a unified view, enabling authorized healthcare professionals to access critical clinical data across the continuum of care. The deployment will mark the first global implementation of Philips’ IntelliBridge Enterprise 3.0 Cloud platform.

The integrated digital ecosystem is expected to facilitate smoother patient transitions between care settings, reduce duplication of processes, improve care coordination, and support faster, more informed clinical decision-making.

Bharath Sesha, Managing Director, Philips Indian Subcontinent, said, “Through our IntelliBridge Enterprise platform, we are enabling an integrated flow of patient information across the BIHS network, supporting better clinical decisions and improving efficiency. We are privileged to collaborate with BIHS on this initiative, bringing together technology and clinical excellence to help provide better care for more people.”

Nirav Bajaj, CEO and Managing Director, Bajaj Integrated Health System, emphasized the need for a connected healthcare model. “India does not just need more healthcare infrastructure, it needs infrastructure that works as a system. Our collaboration with Philips brings in the digital backbone needed to enable seamless data flow across care settings, which is critical to delivering this integrated model,” he said.
