Bengaluru startup targets 100+ enterprise clients and global expansion as it aims to transform pharmaceutical sales, marketing, tenders, and distribution using AI agents
SwishX has officially launched what it describes as the world’s first Agentic AI platform built exclusively for pharmaceutical and medtech companies, aiming to modernise commercial operations across sales, marketing, tenders, contracts, and distribution.
The Bengaluru-based startup also announced raising $2.2 million in seed funding from investors including Powerhouse Ventures, Blume Ventures, Sadev Ventures, and Atrium Ventures, among others.
SwishX said it is targeting $5 million in contracted annual recurring revenue (ARR) and more than 100 enterprise customers by the end of FY2026-27. The company also plans to expand into Latin America, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
The startup is focused on solving long-standing operational inefficiencies within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors, where many commercial decisions still rely heavily on spreadsheets, disconnected software systems, manual workflows, and delayed reporting processes.
According to the company, its AI Agent-led platform can help pharma and medtech firms improve revenue outcomes by up to 30% by enabling real-time visibility into business operations, including public tenders, hospital contracts, retail-level sales, and doctor engagement activities.
