Solutions designed to help clinicians reduce administrative burden, improve diagnostic accuracy, and spend more time with patients
ZenMD, an India-focused clinical AI platform designed for doctors and healthcare institutions, has officially launched operations in India, aiming to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care across the country’s rapidly expanding healthcare ecosystem.
Built specifically for the realities of Indian clinical practice, the platform introduces an integrated AI-powered ecosystem spanning documentation, diagnostics, and clinical decision support.
ZenMD said its solutions are designed to help clinicians reduce administrative burden, improve diagnostic accuracy, and spend more time with patients.
The platform includes four core products — ZenScribe, ZenNotes, ZenConsult, and ZenScan — addressing key challenges faced by healthcare professionals in high-volume clinical environments. These tools offer capabilities such as real-time voice-to-clinical documentation, automated OPD notes, evidence-based clinical decision support, and AI-powered medical imaging analysis.
According to the company, the platform supports more than 80 medical specialties and functions as a “clinical intelligence layer” integrated seamlessly into existing hospital and clinic workflows.
“India’s healthcare system operates under immense pressure, where doctors are expected to make fast, accurate decisions while managing significant administrative workloads,” said Rithika Reddy, Founder and CEO of ZenMD.
“Healthcare AI cannot be built like a generic consumer product — it has to earn trust in real clinical environments,” said Pranav Reddy, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, ZenMD.
