The company aims to make preventive and specialist healthcare as accessible as everyday retail experiences

Mardamed, an integrated healthcare company, has launched its flagship Healthcare Experience Centre (HeX) at Mantri Square Mall in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru.

With this, the company has introduced a new model that integrates comprehensive healthcare services into a familiar everyday environment.

The concept is built around a simple idea: healthcare should be accessible before a crisis occurs and should be as convenient as visiting a café, grocery store or cinema.

The centre was inaugurated by Dr. C.N. Manjunath, Member of Parliament and noted cardiologist, in the presence of healthcare leaders, dignitaries, media representatives, and the Mardamed and Mantri Square Mall teams.

Located on the second floor of the mall and spread across approximately 15,000 square feet, Mardamed HeX brings together outpatient consultations, women's health, pediatrics, internal medicine, ENT, ophthalmology, mental health, physiotherapy and sports medicine, dentistry, advanced diagnostics, pathology, pharmacy, a health-focused café, and mini operating theatres for selected day procedures under one roof.

The facility is designed around a seamless care journey, enabling patients to consult specialists, undergo tests and imaging, receive treatment, collect medicines, and continue follow-up care without navigating multiple locations or departments.

Mardamed HeX is equipped with MRI, CT scan, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, and pathology services, supported by specialist consultations, dentistry, physiotherapy, mental wellness services, preventive health programs, pharmacy services, and selected day procedures. Its digital platform supports appointments, online consultations, access to medical records, follow-ups, and ongoing patient engagement.

The company has also introduced Mardamed Pulse, a points-based program that rewards healthy actions and preventive healthcare engagement.

"We opened a wall and brought in cranes because healthcare must move closer to people. Mardamed is built on a simple belief: integrate healthcare into your lifestyle. Walk in for coffee if you like — but also walk out with clarity about your health. We want advanced care to feel approachable, continuous and human," said Deepak Marda, Founder of Mardamed.
