Medi Assist Healthcare Services, India’s leading health benefits administrator, is taking its global ambitions to the next level. The company announced a strategic partnership with Thailand-based insurance broker LawtonAsia to deploy AI-driven health-tech solutions across Southeast Asia.
The collaboration will leverage Medi Assist’s proprietary technology to streamline claims processing, enhance transparency, and deliver smarter health benefits to policyholders in the region.
LawtonAsia, a premier independent insurance broker, is known for its comprehensive insurance solutions and deep expertise in medical insurance, employee benefits, general insurance, and reinsurance. By integrating Medi Assist’s AI-powered international health and travel insurance platform, LawtonAsia aims to provide faster claims turnaround and give corporate clients seamless control over flexible benefit plans.
“The deal has been months in the making and was cemented when we visited India earlier last week to tour the MediAssist offices and sign off on the deal.
