Board approves fundraise of Rs 1500 crore
The company has reported a total income of Rs.330.52 crores during the period ended June 30, 2021, as compared to Rs.293.79 crores during the period ended March 31, 2021. The company had reported a total income of Rs 146.28 crores for the period ended June 30, 2020.
The company has posted net profit / (loss) of Rs.74.89 crores for the period ended June 30, 2021, as against net profit / (loss) of Rs.61.34 crores for the period ended March 31, 2021. The company had reported a net profit/(loss) of Rs 2.90 crores for the period ended June 30, 2020.
The company has reported EPS of Rs.14.58 for the period ended June 30, 2021, as compared to Rs.11.99 for the period ended March 31, 2021. The EPS for the quarter ended June 30, 2020, came at Rs 0.57 crores.
The Board Metropolis Healthcare has approved a fundraise of up to Rs. 1,500 crore by way of private placement or preferential issue or public issue or through any other permissible mode and/or a combination thereof, including by way of qualified institutions placement, under applicable laws and subject to appropriate sanctions, permission and approvals including shareholders' approval and statutory and regulatory approvals, as may be required.
