Acquisition strengthens integrated radiology and pathology capabilities, enhancing access to advanced diagnostics and preventive healthcare

Redcliffe Labs has strengthened its presence in Rajasthan and North India through the acquisition of a leading diagnostic centre in Ajmer, marking another milestone in the company's expansion strategy.

The facility will now operate as Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs and is expected to enhance access to advanced diagnostic services for patients across Ajmer and the broader Central Rajasthan region.

The acquisition aligns with Redcliffe Labs' vision of building integrated diagnostic ecosystems that combine radiology, pathology, and preventive healthcare under one roof.

The move also reinforces the company's inorganic growth strategy as it continues to expand its healthcare footprint beyond major metropolitan markets.

With a network of 16 laboratories and more than 150 collection centres across Rajasthan, Redcliffe Labs has established one of the state's largest diagnostic networks.

The addition of the Ajmer facility strengthens the company's position in a key healthcare hub that serves approximately 2.6 million people. The centre is expected to cater not only to patients in Ajmer but also to neighboring localities and districts seeking access to advanced diagnostic services closer to home.

Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO of Redcliffe Labs, said that diagnostics is increasingly becoming the starting point of the healthcare journey as lifestyle diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic conditions continue to rise.

Dr. Manish Seth, Chief Radiologist and Founder of Redcliffe Medicentre Imaging & Labs, said the partnership combines deep local clinical expertise with Redcliffe Labs' scale, technology capabilities, and extensive pathology network.
