AI-enabled learning platform to enhance clinical quality, patient outcomes, and staff engagement across Eastern India network
GPT Healthcare Limited, which operates ILS Hospitals, announced a strategic partnership with MedLern to accelerate its digital transformation journey and strengthen clinical quality, operational excellence, and patient outcomes.
As healthcare delivery in India becomes increasingly complex, the need for continuous upskilling has become critical. Through this collaboration, ILS Hospitals will integrate structured, role-specific, and measurable learning into everyday workflows across both clinical and non-clinical teams. MedLern’s platform will support the deployment of curated clinical content, enable real-time competency tracking, and promote continuous learning among nurses, clinicians, and administrative staff. Its phygital training approach, combining physical and digital simulations, is designed to support performance in fast-paced healthcare environments.
“Making learning accessible, measurable, and outcome-driven will enable us to deliver more consistent clinical quality, enhance staff engagement, and elevate the overall patient experience. This partnership is not merely a technology adoption; it is a strategic step towards building a future-ready organization where excellence is standardized, learning is continuous, and every patient interaction reflects our commitment to quality healthcare across the communities we serve in Eastern India," said Dr Vishal Goyal, Group Chief Operating Officer, GPT Healthcare Limited (ILS Hospitals).
“ILS Hospitals represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking healthcare organisation that MedLern was built to serve. Their leadership’s unwavering focus on quality, patient safety, and people development makes them an ideal partner. Together, we will deploy tailored learning pathways, real-time competency analytics, and evidence-based clinical content that empower every member of the ILS team to perform at their best every day. We are proud to stand alongside ILS Hospitals as they set a new benchmark for workforce excellence in Indian healthcare," said Deepak Sharma, Co-Founder & CEO, MedLern.
The platform will be rolled out across ILS Hospitals’ facilities in Kolkata, including Dumdum, Howrah, and Salt Lake, as well as Agartala and Raipur. The initial phase will cover thousands of employees, with plans for expansion across the network as part of GPT Healthcare’s broader digital transformation roadmap.
