Recognition reflects hospital chain's workplace culture and people practices, as shaped by employees across clinical, operational and support functions

Paras Health has been certified as a Great Place To Work for 2026-27, recognising the organisation's workplace culture and people practices shaped by its employees across clinical, operational and support functions.

The recognition reflects the organisation's belief that a strong healthcare institution begins with the people who deliver care and support patients every day.

Dr. Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director, Paras Health, said: "Being recognised as a Great Place to Work is a reflection of the culture we have built together over the years. Paras Health began with a belief, but it is our people who have shaped, strengthened and carried that belief forward. In healthcare, the way we care for our people ultimately reflects in the way we care for our patients.”

Vineet Aggarwal, Chief Operating Officer, Paras Health, said: "Building a culture of collaboration, accountability and mutual respect is therefore critical to how we operate. We remain committed to creating an environment where our people can work together effectively, learn continuously and develop the capabilities needed to deliver quality patient care."

Balkishan Sharma, Chief Human Resources & Business Transformation Officer, Paras Health, said: “We are committed to building an environment founded on equality, trust and respect for every individual. This certification is an important milestone for us, but more importantly, it reinforces the need to keep listening to our people and creating opportunities for them to learn, grow and realise their potential."

The certification comes at a time when healthcare organisations are placing greater emphasis on creating workplaces that can attract, develop and retain skilled professionals while supporting them in a demanding work environment.
