The company’s revenue stood at Rs. 287.68 crore, reflecting a 4.7 percent increase over Rs. 274.71 crore reported in FY25
Amanta Healthcare Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting steady revenue growth and strong profitability improvement driven by operational efficiency and lower finance costs.
For Q4 FY26, the company reported revenue of Rs. 76.99 crore, registering a growth of 6.8 percent compared to Rs. 72.07 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) for the quarter rose 28 percent year-on-year to Rs. 5.53 crore from Rs. 4.32 crore.
For the full financial year FY26, revenue stood at Rs. 287.68 crore, reflecting a 4.7 percent increase over Rs. 274.71 crore reported in FY25. EBITDA for the year increased to Rs. 63.23 crore from Rs. 61.05 crore, while PAT surged 41.7 percent year-on-year to Rs. 14.88 crore compared to Rs. 10.5 crore in the previous fiscal.
The company stated that EBITDA margins remained stable at around 22 percent during FY26, supported by operational discipline and effective cost management. PAT margins improved to 5 percent from 4 percent in FY25, aided by operating leverage and margin normalisation.

We reported revenue of ₹288 crore, reflecting a growth of 5% YoY. More importantly, PAT grew strongly by 42% YoY to Rs. 15 crore, supported by improved operating leverage and lower finance costs, highlighting the strengthening quality of our earnings.”
