The Great Place to Work India recognition makes Aragen the first and only Indian CRDMO to feature among the country’s top list, highlighting its people-first workplace culture.

Aragen Life Sciences has been recognised among the Top 100 Companies to Work For 2026 by Great Place to Work® India, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a workplace culture centred on learning, collaboration, innovation, and employee growth.

The recognition is based on Great Place to Work®'s globally recognised assessment methodology, which combines confidential employee feedback with an evaluation of an organisation's people practices, leadership, and workplace culture.

The assessment measures key parameters including trust, credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

According to the company, the recognition reflects the workplace culture it has built over the years, where scientific curiosity is encouraged, collaboration is promoted, and employees are empowered to create meaningful impact for customers and patients worldwide.

With this achievement, Aragen has become the first and only contract research, development and manufacturing organisation (CRDMO) in India to be recognised among the country's Top 100 Best Companies to Work For, further strengthening its position as an employer of choice within the life sciences sector.

Commenting on the recognition, Manni Kantipudi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Aragen Life Sciences, said, "At Aragen, we believe that breakthrough science is made possible by empowered people working in an environment built on respect, collaboration and continuous learning. This recognition belongs to every Aragenite who contributes to creating a workplace where individuals can grow, innovate and make a meaningful impact."
