Artemis Medicare reports strong Q3 growth: revenue up 17%, net profit up 8%

Nine-month revenue grew 17.5% to Rs 76,277 lakh, EBITDA climbed to Rs 15,981 lakh, and net profit reached Rs 8,200 lakh


Artemis Medicare Services has announced robust financial results for the third quarter of FY2025-26, underscoring its growing footprint in India’s healthcare sector, driven by high-acuity treatments and rising international patient inflows.
 
Consolidated revenue from operations rose 17.2% year-on-year to Rs 27,235 lakh while EBITDA climbed 12.5% to Rs 5,203 lakh, and net profit increased 7.9% to Rs 2,223 lakh.
 
At Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, the quarter saw average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) rise to Rs 84,100 from Rs 76,485, and revenue from operations jump 20.2% to Rs 26,092 lakh. Net profit for the hospital grew slightly by 1.8% to Rs 2,499 lakh. Bed occupancy remained steady at 62%, and revenue from overseas patients surged 34.9% to Rs 8,750 lakh, accounting for 34% of net revenue. The average length of patient stay was 3.6 days, compared to 3.7 days last year.
 
Consolidated nine-month results were equally strong. Revenue from operations increased 15.1% to Rs 80,202 lakh, EBITDA rose to Rs 15,862 lakh, and net profit jumped 23.9% to Rs 7,343 lakh. At Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, nine-month revenue grew 17.5% to Rs 76,277 lakh, EBITDA climbed to Rs 15,981 lakh, and net profit reached Rs 8,200 lakh, up 13.6%. International patient revenue increased 32.2% to Rs 24,042 lakh, representing 32% of net revenue.
 
Commenting on the performance, Onkar Kanwar, Chairman of Artemis Medicare Services, said: "We are encouraged by our continued progress during the quarter, reflecting the sustained momentum achieved in FY26. "Margins and profitability remained robust, supported by a favourable case and payor mix, increased international patient inflows, and ongoing efficiency initiatives. ARPOB stayed at healthy levels throughout the quarter, highlighting our leadership in high-acuity treatments and Medical Value Travel."
 
He added: "With respect to capacity expansion, the development of our Raipur facility is advancing as planned, with operations scheduled to commence in April 2026.
