Partnership discussions focus on clinical validation, real-world evidence generation and adoption of indigenous diagnostic technologies across healthcare settings
Avio Smart Market Stack Limited (ASMS), formerly known as Bartronics India Limited, has initiated strategic discussions with the Mediciti Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS), Hyderabad, as part of its broader strategy to build a scalable diagnostics and healthcare business.
The discussions were aimed at exploring opportunities for research collaboration, clinical validation, and the adoption of advanced molecular diagnostic technologies.
As part of the engagement, Huwel Lifesciences, ASMS’ strategic molecular diagnostics partner, showcased its portfolio of indigenous diagnostic solutions and ongoing innovations in molecular diagnostics.
The interaction brought together leadership teams, clinicians, researchers, and academic experts to evaluate how next-generation molecular diagnostic technologies can strengthen disease detection, support clinical decision-making, and improve healthcare outcomes across India.
Huwel Lifesciences presented its comprehensive portfolio of indigenous molecular diagnostic solutions covering tuberculosis, multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB), sepsis, human papillomavirus (HPV) screening, hepatitis, antimicrobial resistance (AMR) detection, respiratory diseases, and environmental surveillance.
The company also highlighted its integrated diagnostics ecosystem spanning assay development, reagent manufacturing, instrumentation, software, and data management.
The discussions focused on collaborative research projects, clinical validation studies, real-world evidence generation, and opportunities for integrating Huwel’s technologies into Mediciti’s healthcare ecosystem. Both organizations also explored potential pilot programs and product evaluations across selected departments to assess their effectiveness within routine diagnostic workflows.
