Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, has unveiled the 2026 cohort of entrepreneurs selected for The Confidence Collective: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs, a BOTOX Cosmetic initiative aimed at supporting and investing in women business owners.

 

The latest group was chosen from a highly competitive applicant pool spanning multiple industries, backgrounds, and business ideas, reflecting growing demand for structured support programs for women entrepreneurs. 

 

Through the initiative, BOTOX Cosmetic is providing participants with training resources, mentorship, and— for 20 selected founders— access to business-boosting capital.

"Each of these founders brings a unique vision and voice. This program is designed to help build confidence, foster community, and propel their businesses forward. We are excited to spotlight their stories and champion their journeys in the months ahead."

 

The program launched earlier this month with a virtual community summit focused on business development, financial literacy, and networking. It now moves into an intensive “Boost Camp,” a multiweek training experience offering targeted mentorship and practical tools tailored to each entrepreneur’s goals.

 

From the 250 women business owners selected, 20 participants will ultimately be awarded $20,000 grants following evaluation by a panel of Allergan Aesthetics executives and aesthetic provider entrepreneurs.
