Sun Pharmaceutical’s subsidiary acquires remaining 25% stake in Sun Pharma de México
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries’ subsidiary companies has signed a binding letter of intent to acquire the balance 25% outstanding shares of Sun Pharma de México, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of the company, where the company is currently holding 75% shares.
Post-acquisition of the balance 25% outstanding shares will result into Sun Pharma de México, S.A. de C.V. becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories SA incorporates a subsidiary in Jamaica
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories SA, in Switzerland, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Jamaica, named ‘Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Jamaica Limited’. Accordingly, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Jamaica Limited is a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
