Glenmark Pharmaceuticals won Innovation of the Year award
This year the Department of Pharmaceuticals announced six main categories of the India Pharma and India Medical Devices Awards in: -Leaders Category, Company of the year, MSME of the year, Start-ups of the year, Innovation Category, CSR Category. “This Award will act as a catalyst to improve the performance and quality of the Pharma and Medical Devices manufactured in the country”, the Union Minister of State Bhagwanth Khuba said while congratulating and presenting the awards to the winners.
Following are the winners of India Pharma & India Medical Device 2022 Awards: -
India Pharma & India Medical Device 2022 Awards
(1) In the Pharma Leader of the year category, Cipla was declared the winner whereas the India Medical Devices Leader of the year was Poly Medicure. Healthium Medtech was the First Runner-up and Transasia Bio-Medicals was the Second Runner-up.
(2) In the Company of the Year Award. Micro Labs was declared the winner
(3) In the Indian Medical Devices Company of the Year, Trivitron Healthcare was the winner. Whereas Nice Neotech Medical Systems was the First Runner-up and Kanam Latex Industries was the Second Runner-up.
(4) In the MSME Category, the Indian Medical Device MSME of the year award went to Nice Neotech Medical Systems, whereas Premium Healthcare Disposables bagged the Runner-up and AVI Healthcare was the Second runner-up.
(5) In the Start-up category. The Indian Medical Device Start-up of the year was Vanguard Diagnostics.
(6) The India Pharma Innovation of the Year was bagged by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, whereas the India Medical Device Innovation of the year went to Meril Life Sciences.
(7) In the India Pharma CSR company of the year, the winner was Zydus Lifesciences while Glenmark was the First Runner-up and Lupin was the Second Runner Up
Senior officials from the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, FICCI, Invest India and CEOs of various Pharma and medical devices companies were also present at the conference.
