Eris Lifesciences reports Q4 FY26 revenue of Rs. 757 crore; PAT jumps 173%

Eris Lifesciences posts sharp profit surge in FY26 driven by strong diabetes portfolio growth
Eris Lifesciences, a leading Indian branded formulations company, has reported a strong set of earnings for the quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, marked by a steep jump in profitability and solid momentum in its core diabetes-focused portfolio.
The company delivered a standout performance on the bottom line, with consolidated Q4 PAT rising to Rs. 279 crore, up 174% year-on-year. For the full year FY26, PAT came in at Rs. 648 crore, reflecting a 73% increase.
Revenue growth remained steady, with consolidated revenue rising 7% YoY in Q4 and 8% YoY for FY26. EBITDA margins remained robust at 36% on a consolidated basis.
The Domestic Formulations (DBF) business continued to be a key growth engine, posting 12% YoY revenue growth in Q4 and 11% in FY26, with an EBITDA margin of 37%.
Net debt stood at Rs. 2,255 crore as of March 31, 2026.
Commenting on the results, Amit Bakshi, Chairman & Managing Director of Eris Lifesciences Ltd, said, “Our Domestic Formulations business delivered a 11% revenue growth in FY26 with a 12% EBIDTA growth and industry leading EBIDTA margin of 37%.
"Our Insulins franchise has outpaced market growth by 5x in FY26 with a market share expansion from 12% to 16%. Our GLP brand Sundae has gotten off to a strong start, which reflects the present standing of the company in the Injectable Diabesity space.
"Sundae ranks #1 by volume (among injectables) in its very first month of launch, which validates our thesis of being able to leverage our Insulins platform to secure a strong position in the GLP segment.”
The company highlighted that its insulin franchise significantly outpaced market growth, expanding its market share from 12% to 16% during the year, underscoring its strengthening position in the injectable diabetes space.
