Following the acquisition, Hearzap’s network will expand to 420 centres across India, supported by more than 1,000 service providers
Hearzap has completed the acquisition of Amplifon India’s hearing healthcare business, following the definitive agreement announced in May 2026, in a transaction that significantly expands its presence in India’s organised hearing healthcare sector.
Backed by investor 360 ONE Asset Management, Hearzap will integrate Amplifon India’s established network of around 240 hearing care points of sale, including 115 directly operated locations, along with its clinical teams and client base.
The combined business is expected to cross Rs. 230 crore in topline revenue following integration. Hearzap is targeting revenue of approximately Rs. 250 crore by the end of the current financial year and aims to scale to nearly Rs. 500 crore by FY2029.
Raja S., Managing Director, Hearzap, said the transaction represents a defining milestone for the company and provides an opportunity to integrate globally proven clinical expertise, operational capabilities and client-centric care into its platform.
He added that Hearzap aims to build a stronger healthcare network capable of delivering advanced hearing care while expanding access and strengthening clinical quality.
Following the acquisition, Hearzap’s network will expand to 420 centres across India, supported by more than 1,000 service providers.
The company is now moving towards its target of building a 500-centre network by 2027, with the expanded footprint expected to improve access to hearing care services across metropolitan markets as well as Tier II and Tier III cities.
Hearzap plans to undertake a phased integration of Amplifon India’s operations over the next 12 months, with the objective of ensuring continuity of clinical services for existing clients and a smooth transition for employees.
