Indokem Q1 FY27 revenue grows 12%, PAT jumps 53% to Rs. 1.07 crore

Consolidated income from operations rises to Rs. 46.63 crore, while profit more than triples sequentially on improved operational performance


Indokem Limited reported improved financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated net profit increasing 52.9% year-on-year on the back of double-digit revenue growth and better operating performance.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company reported consolidated income from operations of Rs. 46.63 crore, registering a 12.2% increase from Rs. 41.57 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. On a sequential basis, revenue grew 2.5% from Rs. 45.50 crore reported in Q4 FY26.

Including other income of Rs. 0.29 crore, total consolidated income stood at Rs. 46.92 crore during the quarter.

Total consolidated expenses increased to Rs. 45.84 crore, compared with Rs. 41.04 crore in the year-ago period. Raw material costs remained the largest expense at Rs. 29.75 crore, while employee benefit expenses stood at Rs. 5.66 crore and other expenses at Rs. 7.74 crore.

The company reported profit before tax (PBT) of Rs. 1.08 crore, compared with Rs. 0.70 crore in Q1 FY26 and Rs. 0.51 crore in the preceding quarter.

After providing Rs. 0.01 crore towards current tax, consolidated profit after tax (PAT) increased to Rs. 1.07 crore, up from Rs. 0.70 crore a year ago. On a sequential basis, PAT more than tripled from Rs. 0.34 crore reported in Q4 FY26.

Total comprehensive income for the quarter stood at Rs. 1.07 crore, while basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rs. 0.38, compared with Rs. 0.25 in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

On a standalone basis, income from operations rose 17.1% year-on-year to Rs. 42.52 crore, while total incomereached Rs. 42.73 crore.

Standalone profit before tax increased to Rs. 0.86 crore from Rs. 0.33 crore in Q1 FY26, while net profit after taxalso rose to Rs. 0.86 crore, compared with Rs. 0.33 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Standalone earnings per share improved to Rs. 0.31, up from Rs. 0.12 in Q1 FY26.

The company's paid-up equity share capital remained unchanged at Rs. 27.89 crore, while other equity as of March 31, 2026 stood at Rs. 19.00 crore on a consolidated basis and Rs. 9.83 crore on a standalone basis.
