Total investment incurred for setting up the new R&D Rs 250 crore
Laurus Labs Ltd., a leading research and development driven pharmaceutical and biotech company in India has announced the inauguration of its state of the art new R&D center at IKP Knowledge Park, Kolthur Shamirpet Medchal Telangana.
This new R&D Center to support the CDMO business of Laurus Labs. The Center is spread in 2, 00,000 Sq ft and equipped with modern laboratories and infrastructure. Total investment incurred for setting up the new R&D Rs 250 crore.
The facility was inaugurated by Duddilla Sridhar Babu Garu, Minister of Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana along with Dr.Satyanarayana Chava, Founder & CEO Laurus Labs along with other senior management team. The cutting edge facility is designed to foster innovation & advance the company’s mission developing ‘Chemistry for Better Living’.
On the occasion of the inauguration Dr.Satyanarayana Chava, Founder & CEO Laurus Labs, said: “This will be our 5th R&D center and the new R&D center will be a testimonial to our commitment to innovation and excellence. We believe that this facility will enable us to develop ground breaking solutions that will address unmet medical needs”.
