Leading consulting firm VERTICES PARTNERS has advised US-headquartered full-suite life sciences advisory company Red Nucleus on its acquisition of a 100% stake in UK-based biopharmaceutical research firm Bridge Medical Consulting Limited.
As part of the deal, Red Nucleus also gains indirect ownership of the company’s Indian arm, Bridge Medical Consulting Private Limited.
The acquisition aligns with Red Nucleus’ broader expansion strategy to deepen its advisory capabilities for a global client base and strengthen support for biopharma companies worldwide. By integrating Bridge Medical Consulting’s specialized expertise, Red Nucleus is expected to enhance its ability to help clients demonstrate the clinical and economic value of therapies amid increasingly complex regulatory and reimbursement environments.
VERTICES PARTNERS led the transaction with Partners Rajat Agarwal and Vikrant Anand, supported by Principal Associate Varun Kaka, Senior Associate Amit Shekhar, and Associate Hemant Srivastava, who played key roles in steering Red Nucleus through the complexities of the acquisition process. Founder and Managing Partner Vinayak Burman provided strategic oversight throughout the transaction.
In the UK, Kirkland & Ellis LLP and HCR Law acted as legal counsel to Red Nucleus, while Birketts LLP represented Bridge Medical Consulting Limited.
