With India’s beauty and wellness sector evolving rapidly, VLCC has struck a landmark partnership with the National Council on Laser Certification (NCLC), US, becoming the exclusive proctor of internationally recognised NCLC laser certification exams in this country.
This makes VLCC the sole institution in the country authorised to conduct in-person NCLC exams, allowing candidates nationwide to participate, regardless of their training institute.
The move aligns India’s beauty and wellness education with global standards, creating a single, credible access point for internationally benchmarked certification. Professionals gaining NCLC credentials can now expand their career opportunities beyond domestic markets.
The NCLC certification is highly regarded for enhancing professional credibility in laser-based aesthetic treatments. Its availability through VLCC is expected to meet the rising demand for internationally certified practitioners and support professionals seeking overseas employment, subject to eligibility requirements.
VLCC has appointed a select group of trainers as NCLC-approved proctors, who will conduct certification exams via a structured online process. This ensures globally standardised evaluation and wider accessibility for candidates across India.
