During the quarter, Zydus Wellness completed the acquisition of Comfort Click Limited and its subsidiaries
Zydus Wellness Limited has reported strong performance in Q2 FY26, driven by portfolio expansion and robust market presence. The company posted a 31 per cent year-on-year growth in Net Sales, reaching Rs. 642.9 crore. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs. 23 crore, reflecting a growth of 17.3 per cent compared to the same period last year. For the first half of FY26, net sales grew by 12.8 per cent, supported by the strong performance of newly acquired businesses, which helped balance the seasonal impact on certain product categories.
During the quarter, Zydus Wellness completed the acquisition of Comfort Click Limited and its subsidiaries, marking the company’s first international acquisition and establishing its entry into the rapidly expanding Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements (VMS) segment. This strategic move strengthens the Company’s footprint across the UK, European Union, and the United States.
Key brands continued to deliver strong performance. Sugar Free reinforced its leadership in the sugar substitutes category with a market share of 96.2 per cent, along with a notable year-on-year market share gain. The natural variant, Sugar Free Green, has sustained double-digit growth for 18 consecutive quarters. Everyuth maintained category leadership with a 48.5 per cent share in facial scrubs and 76.6 per cent in peel-off masks, while also introducing an anti-pollution scrub sachet during the quarter. Nycil continued to dominate the prickly heat powder segment with a market share of 32.9 per cent.
Nutralite continued its double-digit growth momentum, supported by strong portfolio volumes and a sustained 6-year CAGR. The brand expanded its offerings with the launch of Nutralite Activ Peanut Butter, aligning with rising consumer demand for healthier snacking choices.
The Max Protein brand, acquired as part of Naturell (India), continued to perform strongly, reinforcing the Company’s presence in the growing healthy snacking category. The recently launched Millet Wafer Protein Bar, made with Jowar and containing 10g protein with no maida, palm oil, or added sugar, has further strengthened its position in functional snacking.
Glucon-D maintained its leadership with a 58.7 per cent MAT market share, while Complan improved its category ranking from fifth to fourth place, achieving a 4.1 per cent market share during the quarter.
