She brings more than 18 years of experience in HR technology and digital transformation
Lupin has appointed Aditi Altekar as Global Lead – HR Digital & AI Transformation, strengthening its leadership in enterprise-wide HR technology and transformation.
In her new role, Altekar will lead HR technology strategy and digital transformation, with a focus on accelerating AI adoption across the organisation.
She brings more than 18 years of experience in HR technology and digital transformation. Prior to joining Lupin, she served as Group Human Resources Technology Lead at Godrej Industries Group and earlier as Associate Director – Human Resources at Zee Entertainment Enterprises.
Altekar also worked as Senior Project Manager at Stepping Cloud Consulting, where she led SuccessFactors implementations for major clients, building expertise in HR digitisation, technology modernisation and change management.
Her appointment comes as organisations increasingly leverage AI and digital technologies to transform HR operations, employee experience and decision-making.
