Alkem appoints Shivaditya Banerjee as Senior Vice President – Human Resources

Banerjee brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, geographies and business functions.

Alkem Pharmaceuticals has appointed Shivaditya Banerjee as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, based at the company's headquarters in Mumbai.

Banerjee brings nearly two decades of HR leadership experience across multiple industries, geographies and business functions. 

In his new role, he will lead Corporate HR, India Sales & Marketing HR, and International HR, while driving strategic people initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capability, culture and business performance.

Prior to joining Alkem, Banerjee served as Head – Human Resources at Piramal Consumer Healthcare, where he led the company's overall HR agenda and organizational transformation. During his career, he has held leadership roles across corporate, sales, manufacturing, R&D and international HR, contributing to enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational excellence.
