Alkem Labs appoints Shivaditya Banerjee as Senior Vice President – Human Resources

Former Piramal Consumer Healthcare HR leader to drive corporate, sales, and international people strategy

Alkem Laboratories has appointed Shivaditya Banerjee as Senior Vice President – Human Resources, further strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to enhance its people and organizational capabilities.

Based at the company's head office in Mumbai, Banerjee will lead Corporate HR, India Sales & Marketing HR, and International HR, while spearheading key people initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational capability, culture, and business performance.

Banerjee brings nearly two decades of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries, geographies, and business functions. 

Before joining Alkem, he served as Head – Human Resources at Piramal Consumer Healthcare, where he led the overall HR strategy and played a key role in organizational transformation.

Over the course of his career, he has held leadership positions across Corporate HR, Sales, Manufacturing, Research & Development, and International HR, developing and implementing people strategies that have supported business growth and operational excellence.

With his extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and business partnering, Banerjee is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Alkem Laboratories' people agenda and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
