Biosion appoints Joel Edwards as Chief Business Officer

Prior to joining Biosion, Edwards was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and operations at Ionis Pharmaceuticals.

Biosion, a global clinical stage biotechnology company, has appointed Joel Edwards as chief business officer. In this role, he is responsible for strategic leadership over all aspects of the company's global business development and alliance management activities. Prior to joining Biosion, Edwards was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and operations at Ionis Pharmaceuticals. He will report to Dr. Mingjiu Chen, CEO.
