Manoj Tumkur Venkatachalahas been appointed as Chief Product Officer at Blueneem Medical Devices Private Limited where he will lead supply chain, product management, and product marketing, driving the development of next-generation medical devices.
Manoj has over two decades of experience in healthcare operations and biomedical engineering. He brings a deep understanding of hospital ecosystems and user pain points, shaping a strong foundation for product innovation rooted in real-world healthcare needs.
Before his current role, he served as Director - Operations and Procurement at TMR Globe, where he led key operational and procurement functions.
Earlier, Manoj spent over a decade at SPARSH Hospital, Bengaluru, in multiple leadership roles including Group Head - Procurement/Operation - Biomedical Engineering and Chief Biomedical Engineer, driving large-scale biomedical operations.
He also worked as Sr. Biomedical Engineer at Rangadore Memorial Hospital, Biomedical Engineer at TBS India Telematics, and Biomedical Engineer at M S Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, ensuring compliance with NABH standards and managing critical life-saving equipment.
Manoj began his career as a Lecturer at Mantech Computers, where he taught core programming and computer fundamentals, building a strong technical and operational foundation.
