C. Prasanna Kumar Reddy appointed Assistant General Manager – AR&D at MSN Laboratories

Over the course of his career, Reddy has led the analytical development of approximately 80 molecules, from project initiation through to Drug Master File submission

C. Prasanna Kumar Reddy has been appointed Assistant General Manager – Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) at MSN Laboratories’ R&D Center, bringing more than 19 years of experience in analytical research, pharmaceutical R&D and laboratory operations.

Reddy specialises in analytical method development and the development of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), including new chemical entities (NCEs), generic APIs and oncology molecules. 

Over the course of his career, he has led the analytical development of approximately 80 molecules, from project initiation through to Drug Master File (DMF) submission.

Prior to this appointment, Reddy served as Deputy Manager – AR&D at Aurobindo Pharma, where he further strengthened his expertise in analytical research and development.

Earlier, he spent nearly eight years with MSN Laboratories’ API Division, progressing to Assistant Manager – AR&D. During this period, he gained experience in analytical methods, API development and leading analytical development teams.

In his new role, Reddy is expected to contribute to MSN Laboratories’ analytical R&D capabilities, with a focus on method development, analytical excellence and supporting the development of complex pharmaceutical molecules.
