Dabur appoints Sriram Padmanabhan as Head of Health Care Business

Padmanabhan brings over two decades of extensive experience in FMCG sector

Dabur India has announced the appointment of Sriram Padmanabhan as its new Head of Health Care Business, effective April 7, 2025. This strategic leadership transition comes as the current Head of Health Care Business, Philipe Joseph Haydon, prepares for his retirement on July 1, 2025. 

Padmanabhan brings over two decades of extensive experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a strong focus on marketing, sales, strategic planning, and profit & loss (P&L) management. Prior to joining Dabur, Padmanabhan served as the Marketing Director at Danone India, where he spearheaded key marketing initiatives and strategies.
