Dabur India Limited has elevated Sriram Padmanabhan as Director – Healthcare, entrusting him with leading the company's healthcare business across its FMCG, Ayurveda and dermatology portfolio.
In his new role, Padmanabhan will be responsible for driving portfolio strategy, commercial growth and market expansion.
The elevation reflects Dabur's confidence in his leadership and his track record of building high-performing consumer healthcare businesses.
Before taking on this role, Padmanabhan held leadership positions at Danone India, Abbott, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Kimberly-Clark Lever, Times Internet, Dabur Foods Limited and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance.
Over the course of his career, he has built extensive expertise in marketing, business strategy, innovation and commercial leadership across the consumer healthcare and FMCG sectors.
