Pharmaceutical R&D veteran brings over 20 years of expertise in formulation development, ANDA filings, and regulated-market product innovation to strengthen MSN Laboratories’ global growth ambitions
Dr. Mahesh N. Padamwar has been appointed Senior General Manager at MSN Laboratories, marking a significant addition to the company’s research and development leadership team.
In his new role, Dr. Padamwar will focus on the development and advancement of pharmaceutical products for regulated global markets, drawing on his extensive experience in formulation development, solid oral dosage forms, abbreviated new drug application (ANDA) filings, and pharmaceutical R&D.
A seasoned pharmaceutical professional with more than two decades of industry experience, Dr. Padamwar returns to MSN Laboratories after serving as Group Head at Sandoz. During his earlier tenure at MSN Laboratories, he held several leadership positions, advancing from Senior Manager to General Manager and contributing to the company’s product development and innovation initiatives.
Over the course of his career, he has also held key roles at Sai Life Sciences and Emcure Pharmaceuticals. In these positions, he led formulation development programs for highly regulated markets, including the United States, Europe, Australia, and other international regions.
Known for his expertise in pharmaceutical research, regulatory product development, and scientific innovation, Dr. Padamwar is expected to play an important role in strengthening MSN Laboratories’ product pipeline and supporting the company’s expansion across global regulated markets.
