Dr. Lall brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, business strategy, and hospital management
KIMS Hospitals Hyderabad has appointed Dr. Saurabh Lall as its Chief Operating Officer, further strengthening its leadership team.
In his new role, Dr. Lall will oversee key operational and strategic initiatives aimed at driving organizational growth, improving operational efficiency, and advancing the hospital's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
Dr. Lall brings extensive experience in healthcare operations, business strategy, and hospital management. Prior to joining KIMS Hospitals Hyderabad, he served as Vice President and Hospital Director at Marengo Asia Hospitals, where he played a key role in managing hospital operations and driving performance improvements.
Over the course of his career, he has also held leadership positions at Max Healthcare, Centre for Sight, and Clove Dental, gaining diverse experience across multi-specialty hospitals and specialized healthcare networks.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), Dr. Lall has been actively involved in healthcare quality and accreditation initiatives.
His work has included efforts aligned with international and national healthcare standards, including those of the Joint Commission International (JCI) and the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH).
