Cipla Health Ltd has appointed Gaurav Kaul as its new Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Moving from Cipla's prescription (Rx) business to lead its consumer health and wellness arm, Kaul brings over two decades of robust experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and consumer healthcare.
Prior to this transition, he served as the Chief Commercial Head for Cipla's India Business. His professional trajectory includes pivotal leadership roles at prominent global organizations such as GSK Consumer Healthcare, Novartis, Cadbury India, and The Coca-Cola Company.
At Cipla Health, Kaul will steer the strategic growth of prominent wellness brands, including Nicotex, Cofsils, and Prolyte ORS, focusing on digital innovation and expanding accessible healthcare solutions.
