Shantanu Baruah Joins Hexaware Technologies as President & Global Head – Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Insurance, marking a key leadership addition to the company's global team.

With over 25 years of experience, Baruah will lead strategy, growth, and transformation across the HLS vertical, focusing on expanding digital health capabilities and accelerating AI adoption.

Prior to joining Hexaware, he had a long and impactful tenure at HCLTech, where he served as Executive Vice President and earlier held multiple senior roles, including Senior Vice President – Healthcare and Vice President. He was instrumental in driving client success across North America, particularly during the pandemic era.
