Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, steering strategic growth, and fostering customer-centric innovation. 

He has led complex organizations, assembled high-performing teams, and delivered measurable business results across discovery, development, and manufacturing services.

In his new position, Sharma will oversee Jubilant Biosys's Drug Discovery operations. The company said his industry expertise is expected to strengthen scientific excellence, expand operational capabilities, and increase the value delivered to customers and partners around the world.
