Patel brings expertise in HR strategy, talent management and organisational transformation to strengthen people and capability development
Intas Pharmaceuticals has appointed Kshama Patel as Deputy General Manager – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team in the human resources function.
Patel brings extensive experience across key HR functions, including HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development and HR transformation.
In her new role at Intas, she will focus on strengthening people practices, organisational effectiveness and capability development while working closely with business and senior leadership teams.
Intas said Patel's people-centric approach to building high-performing teams and aligning HR initiatives with organisational priorities will support the company's continued growth.
