Dr. Reddy's Laboratories has elevated Kunwar Khurana to the position of Head – Sales and Marketing, reinforcing its leadership team with an executive who brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical brand management, sales strategy, and digital marketing.

In his new role, Khurana will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting the company’s commercial growth across key therapeutic segments.

Over the course of his career, Khurana has built expertise in product marketing, brand building, sales execution, and digital engagement. His experience spans multiple facets of the pharmaceutical business, where he has contributed to market expansion and business performance in highly competitive healthcare markets.

Before taking on this leadership position at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Khurana held several key marketing roles within the organization, gaining deep insights into the company’s portfolio and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Dr. Reddy’s, he worked at Cipla as a Product Manager, where he was involved in developing and executing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical brands. Earlier, he served as a Product Executive at Zydus Group, contributing to brand development and product promotion initiatives.

Khurana began his professional journey through internships and training assignments with Zydus Group and Ranbaxy Laboratories, gaining early exposure to the pharmaceutical industry and commercial operations.

His elevation reflects Dr. Reddy’s focus on strengthening its commercial leadership as the company continues to expand its presence across domestic and international healthcare markets.
