A member of the promoter group with more than three decades of experience, Sanjay Suri will jointly oversee the company's operations alongside Chairman & MD
Sanjay Suri has been appointed as Managing Director of Morepen Laboratories Limited, following approval by the company's Board on June 30, 2026.
He will serve for the remainder of his current term until August 12, 2028, subject to shareholder approval.
A member of the promoter group with more than three decades of experience, Sanjay Suri will jointly oversee the company's operations alongside Chairman & Managing Director Sushil Suri.
Associated with Morepen Laboratories since 1987, he currently serves as CEO – Pharma and has played a pivotal role in driving the company's pharmaceutical business and overall growth.
Beyond his responsibilities at Morepen, Sanjay Suri is the Chairman (Himachal Pradesh) of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), having previously served as its Vice Chairman.
His appointment as Managing Director reflects Morepen's focus on leadership continuity and strengthening its strategic direction across pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses.
