Industry veteran brings 18 years of R&D leadership from Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Heinz and Nestlé to drive science-led innovation pipeline
Neha Srivastava has joined Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Head – R&D, Nutrition & Nutraceuticals.
Srivastava brings 18 years of R&D leadership experience across Unilever, GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Heinz India and Nestlé India, with deep expertise in nutrition, innovation, R&D transformation and building high-performing teams.
In her new role, Srivastava will lead Nutrition & Nutraceuticals R&D at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on driving innovation and a differentiated product pipeline, strengthening R&D capabilities, and accelerating science-led product development and growth.
She earlier spent over six years at Unilever, most recently as Product Design & Development Group Leader for HFD South Asia & Unilever International since September 2022, having previously served as Head of New Product Development, Nutrition (HFD), and as Senior Manager, NPD Nutrition, based in Gurugram.
Prior to Unilever, Srivastava spent close to eight years at GSK Consumer Healthcare India in Gurgaon, rising through progressively senior roles in new product development — from Scientist (Manager) to Senior Scientist (Manager) and finally Senior Scientist (Senior Manager).
She began her career at Nestlé India as Officer – Operations and later Officer – Quality Assurance, before moving to Heinz India as Officer, Research & Development, where she led new product development.
