Stephan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Pharmanovia has announced the appointment of Stephan Eder as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Stephan brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held senior positions across global organizations. Most recently, he served on the Executive Committee of STADA, a private equity-backed pharmaceutical company specializing in generics, specialty, and consumer healthcare. In his role as Head of Europe, Stephan led a €3.5 billion business with more than 6,000 employees across the region.
Earlier in his career, Stephan held several key leadership roles at Novartis and later at its generics division, Sandoz, including serving as CEO of Hexal/Sandoz Germany. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation in complex and competitive markets.
