Priyanka Tewari appointed Head of Marketing at Glenmark Pharma

She brings nearly two decades of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management and product management

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has appointed Priyanka Tewari as Head of Marketing, marking a new leadership move for the company’s marketing function. 

Tewari joins Glenmark from Alkem Laboratories, where she most recently served as Senior Marketing Manager. 

She had joined Alkem in December 2022 as Assistant Marketing Manager and subsequently moved up to Marketing Manager before being promoted to Senior Marketing Manager in April 2026.

Tewari brings nearly two decades of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management and product management. 

Before Alkem, Tewari was associated with Zydus Group and Hetero Healthcare as Group Product Manager. Her earlier stints include Ipca Laboratories, Panacea Biotec, Unichem Laboratories, Plethico Pharmaceuticals and Ajanta Pharma.

At Glenmark, Tewari will lead the company’s marketing function, bringing extensive experience in brand building and pharmaceutical marketing across multiple therapy and market segments.

In her LinkedIn announcement, Tewari said she was “excited” about the new role and looking forward to new challenges, opportunities and making a meaningful impact.
