Syngene appoints Maninder Kapoor Puri as Chief Human Resources Officer

Veteran HR leader comes with over two decades of experience to spearhead talent strategy, leadership development, and culture transformation

Maninder Kapoor Puri has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Syngene International Limited, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on people leadership and organizational development.

In her new role, she will head the HR function with a mandate to drive talent strategy, leadership development, and a high-performance culture that supports Syngene’s growth trajectory.

Puri brings more than two decades of experience in human resources and business transformation across global enterprises. She joins Syngene from Biocon, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer, and previously held the position of Global Chief Human Resources and Diversity Officer at Mastek.

Prior to that, she spent over eight years at Firstsource in several senior leadership roles, including Executive Vice President – People Supply Chain and Global Head – Service Excellence. Her earlier career includes tenures at Accenture and iGate Solutions Ltd.. Her appointment reflects Syngene’s continued emphasis on strengthening people capabilities to enable sustained long-term growth.
