Aims to tighten temperature control in pharma logistics
Pluss Advanced Technologies, a leading materials science company, has launched Celsure Endura, a new range of reusable temperature-controlled shipping solutions aimed at strengthening cold chain reliability for temperature-sensitive products.
As pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, and healthcare supply chains grow more complex and globally distributed, the pressure to maintain strict temperature integrity is intensifying. Against this backdrop, Pluss is positioning Celsure Endura as a response to rising demand for solutions that combine precision, efficiency, and sustainability.
The new system is built on advanced PCM technology and designed to maintain tight temperature control while reducing logistics costs and improving operational performance. It targets a broad spectrum of healthcare applications, including pharmaceuticals, biotech products, and clinical trial materials.
Engineered for harsh and variable transport conditions, the Celsure Endura range supports multiple temperature bands—2–8°C, 15–25°C, and -15°C to -25°C—covering most cold chain requirements in healthcare logistics.
The reusable shippers are designed to provide more than 120 hours of temperature protection and have been validated for performance in extreme conditions, including 45°C summer exposure and severe winter environments. A key feature is its ability to support a single operating protocol year-round, simplifying logistics for supply chain operators.
Commenting on the launch, Samit Jain, Managing Director, Pluss Advanced Technologies, said, "India's pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors are expanding rapidly, driving the need for dependable temperature-controlled logistics solutions that can perform consistently across geographies and seasons.
"However, supply chains continue to face challenges from extreme weather conditions, rising logistics costs and increasing sustainability expectations. With Celsure Endura, we have developed a reusable PCM-based shipping platform that delivers precise temperature control, operational efficiency and environmental responsibility in a single solution. The launch reflects our commitment to creating impactful innovations that help customers build more resilient and sustainable cold chains."
The launch underscores Pluss’s continued push into science-led logistics innovation, as the company works to bridge advanced materials research with real-world supply chain challenges, aiming to improve reliability while reducing environmental impact.
