Pharmaceutical serialization and traceability provider Systech has launched TraceIQ, a new enterprise traceability platform designed to move the industry beyond compliance and toward faster, intelligence-driven supply chain decisions.

 

The company says TraceIQ combines enterprise traceability, operational intelligence and AI-assisted investigations to help pharmaceutical manufacturers prevent disruptions, resolve exceptions faster and improve product availability.

 

The launch comes as pharmaceutical supply chains become increasingly complex, spanning manufacturing sites, contract manufacturing organizations, logistics providers, trading partners and regulators. While first-generation traceability platforms were built primarily to meet serialization mandates and regulatory reporting requirements, Systech argues that compliance alone is no longer enough.

But when problems arise, teams can struggle to identify root causes, coordinate with partners and determine corrective action quickly.
